Leo Bottary

Leo Bottary is an author, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and thought leader on the topics of strategic communication and peer advantage. He also serves as an adjunct professor for Rutgers University. Leo Bottary led the rebranding of Vistage Worldwide, created the WSJ/Vistage Small Business CEO Survey, and directed a thought leadership initiative on the power of peers in business. This resulted in a book he coauthored titled: The Power of Peers: How the Company You Keep Drives Leadership, Growth & Success. Before joining Vistage in 2010, Leo enjoyed a 25-year career counseling leaders in strategic communication. He once served as a Senior VP and Director of Client Service for the US at Hill & Knowlton, as a Senior VP of Business Development at Mullen, and owned his own PR firm (1995-2000), which he sold. Leo earned a BA from Jacksonville University, an MA in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and is expected to receive his EdD from Northeastern University upon completion of his dissertation.
